In case some of you haven't noticed, the site was intermittantly down over the weekend. I was busy tweaking the site for performance. The Web server as I have mentioned in the past is WAY over-taxed! It is low on memory and not a very fast machine either. I will look into upgrading it soon. Even with all of these limitations I am sure most of you will notice a marked improvement in the site speed. I worked my butt off trying to squeeze every last drop of performance out of the database.

I also fixed and tweaked the Side Boxes that show new and popular content. The news feeds also work properly now too.

I will continue to tweak and modify the site as time permits. I have also been considering some new features as well... More info on that when it seems like it might actually happen.

I am also going to start sending out Newsletters from the site. Those of you who are interested in receiving them should modify your profiles by checking the Newsletter checkbox.

I won't SPAM you I promise!!! I would also like to hear from you about whether or not to keep up the Newsletters....
